Exchange Policy

Sometimes things just don't fit, or the color is wrong, or the child for whom everything was "Police Officer" now is now into Astronauts or Veterinarians. What to do.

If the product you wish to exchange is eligible to be returned (ie, new, but you can read more here), you may contact us to tell us about your wish to make an exchange.

If you wish to have the exchange shipped right away, we will process a second order for you, charging for the item(s) and shipping. We will also give you a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions to return the item you are exchanging. When the return is processed, we will credit you the cost of the product. You will pay for the item only once.

If you would rather wait, we will ship your exchange after we receive the item you are exchanging. We will charge only the shipping cost to get the second product to you.
