We
strive to have all items in stock and ready to ship. Orders generally
ship within 24 hours, and most orders received by noon (East Coast time) ship the same day that they are placed.
Of course, we can not ship -- and therefore do not process orders -- on
weekends or holidays. Selected items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer via ground service through UPS or FedEx. Such drop-ship items may not be gift wrapped, and must be addressed to a street address, not a PO Box. Drop-ship items may require additional processing time; please also allow additional shipping time for the ground service. All drop-ship items are clearly marked. The vast majority of our products now ship from a warehouse in Michigan. This central location offers better, more speedy service throughout the United States and serves our Canadian customers better. Packages shipping from this warehouse will be marked as coming from a fulfillment center. While speedy, efficient and cheap service is important to all of us, using this fulfillment center also allows us to grow more quickly, add more great products more quickly. To our regret we can no longer touch each order that goes out or add the personal notes of days past, but we hope you agree that the benefits of moving our warehouse are worth it. |

Our Standard Shipping method may be First Class for packages weighing less than 1lb, Priority Mail, or
UPS and DHL Ground.

Delivery confirmation, signature guarantee and other tracking services are
not available when delivering to APO or, AOE addresses. While we will
will add these services as they become available, and can show when these
packages leave our warehouse, we can not give delivery time estimates or be
responsible for the package once it has left our warehouse. ** 3-Day Select and 2-Day is available to street addressed within the 48 contiguous United States only. Orders successfully received and processed by 11am, EST generally ship the same day. Orders received later in the day may not ship until the following day. Orders are processed and shipped only on standard shipping days, not on weekends or holidays. This service is available only on in stock items. On rare occasions we may be able to have drop ship items expedited. Travel days are considered by the carriers to be Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Pick-up days are not included in the 2- or 3- day service. For example, a package ordered by 9am on a Tuesday would be received on Thursday via 2-Day and Friday via 3-Day. However, a package ordered late on Tuesday would be received on Friday via 2-Day and Monday via 3-Day. |

We are pleased to
offer international shipping. Our shipping rates do not include
handling, and are taken from the USPS rate charts. We simply ask you
to cover the actual average cost for each package total. Packages
average 6-10 shipping days to delivery, although there can be delays in
Customs. All taxes, duty and fees are the responsibility of the
customer, and are not considered or paid by Inventive Parent.

Such drop-ship items must be delivered to a street address within the 48 contiguous states. Drop-ship items may require additional processing time; please also allow up to 15 additional shipping days for these items to arrive. Shipping days are generally business days, but because the carriers may use a different holiday schedule than we do, we measure the delivery time in "shipping days." All drop-ship items are clearly marked. |

| We strive to keep our prices as fair as possible. Inventive Parent is not a discounter, but we always offer you fair prices as suggested by the parents who manufacturer our products. We keep our overhead low and strive to cut costs while boosting customer service. When our manufacturers are able to lower their prices to us, we pass the savings on to you.
